Keep in mind to always avoid increased fat and carbohydrate consumption and always refrain from oily food. You can consult your physician or your weight or gym instructor as to what to eat and in what amount. The consultation can be very handy.
Track your performance: You should maintain proper records of your weight control and maintenance work. You should chart your weight maintenance activities and see that you are following the instructions of your instructor in a disciplined manner. Week by week chart notes analysis will help you in getting your real position. The charts will also depict your activities in a more specific way. Thus you will be able to maintain your weight with more preciseness. The charts will help your friends, neighbors and relatives when they undertake the weight control measures.
